Carla Menegaz
A native Houstonian, I was raised in Meyerland and have deep roots in the city’s east side where my grandmother lived. Now a self-proclaimed suburban “convert”, there’s no place I would rather be than here in the ‘burbs with my family. I believe that through life’s changes every phase has a time and place, and yet there’s no place like home. I am a real estate professional that is passionate about helping clients find their next perfect.
My husband grew up in Quail Valley, which is where we first lived as newlyweds. Over a decade and two moves later, we haven’t moved far. We are absolutely grateful to have the opportunity to raise our precious girls here in Sienna. When I watch our kids play outside with neighbors or ride their bikes with friends I always feel so lucky to live in such an amazing community, it is exactly what we were looking for.
A little more about my background. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. After nearly ten years of working in the accounting field, I decided to return to my entrepreneurial roots and start my own business in real estate with Keller Williams Realty. Having recently gone through the house buying process at the time, I knew first hand that communication and expertise were critical. Today I am proud to say I have a thriving business, and it is truly rewarding to help clients buy a home that is their perfect. Likewise, when it’s time to sell because of a job change, or because the family has grown, or simply because it’s time for a change, I’m here to help with the transition from beginning to end- and every detail in between.
